Topic: An Informal Overview of Medications and Discussion
Tracey Skale, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Greater Cincinnati Behavioral
Health Services
Dr. Skale will present an informal overview of medications. Learn about
new developments related to psychotropic medications plus some various
medication assistance programs. This will be an informal discussion and
open forum.

The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program has been cited as a “best
practice in recovery” by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. This 12-week
course is for families and friends of persons with mental illness. The course is
taught by trained family members. All course materials are furnished at no cost
to you.

learning, healing and empowerment among parents and families of children

Peer-to-Peer Classes
Peer-to-Peer is a unique, experiential learning program for people
with any serious mental illness who are interested in establishing and
maintaining their wellness and recovery. Peer-to-Peer consists of nine
two-hour units and is taught by a team of three trained “Mentors” who
are personally experienced at living well with mental illness. All
course materials are furnished at no cost to you. Call the NAMI office
