The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a 12-week course for
friends and families
of persons with mental illnesses. The course is
taught by trained family members. All course materials are furnished at no cost

Hand-to-Hand information
Hand-to-Hand current schedule
The NAMI Peer-to-Peer Course is a nine week education course on the topic of
recovery for any person with serious mental illness who is interested in
establishing and maintaining wellness. The course uses a combination of lecture,
interactive exercises, and structured group processes. The classes are taught by
teams of three mentors/peer teachers who are themselves experienced at living
well with mental illness.

Other Educational Opportunities
General Meetings
Every month our meetings feature presentations by quality speakers on topics
relating to mental health. Meetings are the 3rd Monday of the month at Rookwood
Tower, 3805 Edwards Rd., 5th Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45209.

Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learn programs with CEUs are held at Summit Behavioral Healthcare the first
Thursday of each month. Reservations are required. Call
513- 948-3867 to make reservations for the next event in the series.
NAMI-HC has a substantial library of books, videos and other materials on
mental health topics available for borrowing free of charge.
